Healthy Girl

Cassie had her two-month checkup today and the pediatrician said she looked perfect! She weighs 12 lbs, 5 oz and is 24 inches long, both of which are in the 90th percentile. We have started calling her our chunky monkey because she has really filled out, especially in her cheeks and thighs! She is really starting to smile now and will give you a really big smile if you call her a pretty girl. She is starting starting to coo a lot, especially to Katie. She loves to watch Katie and smile at her and try to talk to her. If Katie is awake when Cassie wakes up in the morning (which is about 99% of the time), she will go in the nursery with me to take Cassie's swaddling blanket off and Cassie will give Katie the biggest, sweetest smile. I absolutely love seeing the two of them interact. It is so sweet and funny sometimes. Katie is our official big girl now and is going on 3 weeks of no pull-ups at all. We actually stopped buying them altogether and she has done very well with just her big girl underwear. She is a wonderful big sister. I will try to get some pictures posted soon.
