I can't even believe it, but Conner is now six months old (as of yesterday, the 5th). Time has really flown the last six months. He is growing so fast and is really starting to be at that fun age. He is able to sit up on his own for a few seconds at a time. He isn't very interested in eating solid foods yet (which is vastly different from the girls), but we are going to keep trying. Both girls were on table food completely by ten months, so he may just skip baby food altogether!
Katie has always enjoyed having him here because she knew what it was like having a baby in the house, but I think Cassie is now starting to enjoy him more now that he is starting to interact and "play" more with them. Cassie calls him "Bud" and it is so cute to hear her say "Hi Bud" over and over when she first sees him in the mornings. On a side note, she calls Katie "Sissy", which sounds so cute when she says it.
All in all, our lives are very busy these days and will be so even more once August gets here and we start back with MDO and 4-K. I am trying to take time to sit back and realize how blessed we are and just hang on for the ride!!
