Happy Birthday Jesus

If you have your sound or speakers turned on, you should be hearing the song "Happy Birthday Jesus." We went to Katie's 4-K Christmas program at church this morning and they played this song as the children were walking in. When I saw Katie walking in with her angel costume and listening to this song, it brought tears to my eyes. We could all learn a lot from a room full of 4 and 5 year olds who are coming to understand the true meaning of Christmas and aren't getting caught up in the hustle and bustle and gift-giving of the holidays. It reminded me to slow down and see Christmas through the eyes of a child and enjoy the simple reason for the season, the birth of our savior. I hope everyone has a very blessed holiday season.

And of course, we do have pictures and video from the program!!

Conner and Cassie waiting on the show to start. (I promise Conner had pants on and not shorts like it looks in the picture!)

Ready to walk in

A couple of videos, Kevin was so far away and the camera kept trying to focus, so you'll have to try to ignore the periods of blurriness

After the program, not sure what the squinting is about
