Sitting up and sleeping

I am still amazed at how fast Cassie is growing. She seems to learn something new every day. She is now sleeping through the night on a regular basis (Yea!!). After months of Katie's sleeping being erratic, she finally seems to be doing better also. Kevin and I are actually getting some decent sleep now.

Cassie is also sitting up on her own. Every now and then, she will sort of roll over, but she is doing better every day. She is starting to act like she wants to crawl. She started today getting up on her knees and trying to scoot forward. I think Katie will love it when she does, because she so bad wants to play with Cassie and have her do more stuff. Katie will probably be dragging her around once she is more mobile!

She also cracks me up when we go in to get her out of the bed, either in the morning or after a nap. She will be laying on her stomach pushing down the bumper so she can see through the crib slats. As soon as we walk in, she starts squealing and kicking her legs like a fish. It is a funny sight. If Katie goes in first, you can usually hear a few laughs.

Having two children was definitely a challenge at first, but as they get older, it does get easier and it is so rewarding every day to see how they interact. We definitely are truly blessed.

I do sometimes put a pillow behind her because she has fallen back a couple of times.
